1/2 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
20 oz can of pineapples
1. Set the oven to 375. Melt butter in an 8 inch round, nonstick baking pan and mix in in brown sugar to create syrup. Place pineapples and cherries on the bottom.
2. Mix flour, white sugar, salt, and baking powder. Set aside. Beat egg’s whites and yolks separately. Fold in dry mixture and beaten yolks into the egg whites. Add almond extract. Pour the batter onto pineapples. Bake for ~30 min.
3. Take it out, use knife to separate from the pan’s walls. Flip after a minute. Done!
